Service data vs website data

This policy covers the marketing website (updeskcrm.com). Customer data stored inside the UpDeskCRM application (contacts, deals, emails, activities) is governed by the Data Processing Agreement and the Terms of Service — we do not access, mine, or use your CRM data for any purpose other than providing the service.

Data sharing

We share personal data only with: (a) subprocessors who host and operate the service (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics); (b) legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the EU. Any subprocessors outside the EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Retention

Website inquiry data: 24 months after last contact. Account data: for the duration of the contract plus applicable legal retention periods. Analytics data: per the retention settings of the analytics provider.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing. Contact privacy@updeskcrm.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
